Exchanges are available in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size or color received

  • Wrong article delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

To initiate an exchange, please email our Customer Care team at info@zainabhumayun.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond promptly to guide you through the next steps.

Please be advised

  • Please note that all customized outfits incur an additional charge of PKR 2,000. As these pieces are made specifically to your requirements, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Discounted Items cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • Shipping and handling charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
