Exchanges are available in the following cases:

- Incorrect size or color received

Wrong article delivered

Manufacturing defect

To initiate an exchange, please email our Customer Care team at XYZ with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond promptly to guide you through the next steps.

Please note that all customized outfits incur an additional charge of PKR 2,000. As these pieces are made specifically to your requirements, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Discounted Items cannot be returned/exchanged.

Shipping and handling charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
